The Longest Table is a free event that brings people of all backgrounds together for a shared meal and conversation. It's a simple way to create moments of joy and build community. Started in NYC after the pandemic, the event has now been replicated in several towns across the U.S. and Europe!
The Vienna event is a 2-hour potluck lunch that is free and open to the public. Anyone can sign up to reserve a seat, either solo or in a group of up to 6 people. Attendees are then assigned to a “table captain,” who coordinates the potluck for their section of the table. We provide the tables and chairs - you provide the food and community!
We will have reserved seating for 400 attendees, with any overflow welcome to picnic on the Vienna Town Green.
When: Saturday, May 3, 2025, 12-2 pm
Location: Mill St SE, adjacent to the Vienna Town Green
